Community Support

NightOwl partners with Surf Life Saving QLD

NightOwl and Surf Life Saving QLD have joined forces to help provide safer beaches and swimming areas in 2009.

The partnership, announced on 26 March 2009, includes a variety of fundraising and marketing initiatives.

NightOwl has pledged to donate 15 cents from every bottle of NightOwl and Surf Life Saving QLD branded water sold across their 53 stores to the organisation. In addition, NightOwl will conduct fundraising activities throughout the year, from which all proceeds will be donated to Surf Life Saving QLD.

NightOwl is also the major sponsor of the NightOwl Beach Safe Program in Schools, designed to educate children about vital aquatic and beach safety information. The program will take place in more than 100 Queensland schools, teaching around 25,000 school children about surf safety and how to stay safe on Queensland beaches.
