NightOwl's Franchise division was established in 1987. This exciting and dynamic system operates in both Queensland and New South Wales and currently has 44 outlets. New sites are continuously available for energetic and enthusiastic people to share in our company’s success.

Our dedicated Operations & Development team will assist you with your store fit out, layout, shelving and stock ranging. Training & Ongoing Business Support
Our extensive training program introduces you to the exciting world of convenience retailing, from staffing and stock control, to point of sale displays and customer service. You will develop a thorough understanding of business systems and procedures, and we'll show you all the proven business methods which have contributed to NightOwl's success.
Ongoing training is also provided to the employees of your franchise to enhance the customers experience and to ensure both your business and individuals are fulfilling the customers needs and expectations.
A Business Manager will be assigned to your store for ongoing support. With over 50 years retail experience alone, our Business Managers provide on site support and assistance in growing and developing your business.
Events
NightOwl Convenience Stores hold each year an Annual Conference and Gala Awards spectacular that provides opportunities for franchisees to meet and share industry knowledge and retail experiences, whilst rewarding those Franchisees who have excelled through retial excellence.
