Ross Pallentine from NightOwl North Lakes took home the 2009 Store Manager of the Year award, which included a trip for two people to Port Douglas including return airfares and three nights accommodation.

The gala event, held at the luxurious Sheraton Mirage Resort at Port Douglas, was attended by over 150 NightOwl franchisees, support office staff and business partners from across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

“Ross is a positive role model for the North Lakes store staff and always goes above and beyond the call of duty for NightOwl customers.
