NightOwl Convenience appoints new CEO

Leading convenience retail chain NightOwl has appointed Andrew Morgan as Chief Executive Officer.

Effective immediately, Andrew’s position will be based in Brisbane and will see him play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Australia’s longest standing convenience retail franchising model.

Andrew brings a wealth of franchising and industry knowledge to NightOwl, based on a history of working and owning franchises in market leading companies. 

His background includes a decade with the McDonald’s Family Restaurant chain in Hamilton, New Zealand and six years with New Zealand’s leading retail appliance chain Noel Leeming, where he pioneered a new franchise initiative and owned and operated two branches. 

Before joining NightOwl, Andrew operated two of Fastway Couriers’ largest business units in New Zealand and Australia, where he actively developed their franchise system and created new sales and service initiatives with the National and Master Franchisor Fastway Global, which operates in 10 countries and is the largest courier franchise system in the world.

“I’m thrilled to join NightOwl, which has an established and highly regarded reputation in the franchise space and is continuing to expand successfully into new territories,” he said.
